Bike Park Rules and Signage
There are elements of risk that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Regardless of how you decide to use the trails, always show courtesy to others. Please adhere to the code listed below and share with others the responsibility for a safe outdoor experience. 1. You must remain under control and proceed in such a manner that you can stop or avoid other people and objects. 2. Do not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above. 3. Keep off all closed trails and closed areas. Observe and obey all signs and warnings. 4. Do not cut switchbacks. 5. Always wear a helmet. 6. Stay on marked trails and never ride alone. 7. Always ride within your ability. If you encounter a stretch of trail that is beyond your ability, walk your bike until you reach a section you're comfortable riding. 8. Always ride in control and be able to stop at any time. Don't feel required to keep up with more experienced friends if you are uncomfortable riding at their pace. 9. Use caution and make your presence known when overtaking other riders. 10. Pedestrians have the right of way. Slow down when passing or overtaking them. 11. Be careful of loose clothing that may become entangled in your gears or chain. 12. Do not use the lifts or terrain if your ability is impared through the use of drugs or alcohol. 13. Please do not litter. Respect the environment. "If you pack it in, Pack it out."
